Easy DIY Art

My daughter pin's lots of things that she wants me to make. This was one of them.
We love this phrase, part of the verse from Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God."
We started out with only few supplies. Canvas, chipboard stickers,
paint in various ombre shades and a foam paint brush.
With a ruler and pencil in hand I drew some lines so I could space my letters out evenly.
This part was easy because the letters already had sticky backs.
I just placed them on the lines, justified on the right side on the canvas.
And then the fun part-painting! I started with the darkest color and worked my up the canvas.
 Sometimes I blended some of the colors together.
 When I got to the top I added a lot of white to the blue.
There really isn't a wrong way to do this. And the possibilities are endless!
This hangs in my daughter's room. But it really would be a great addition anywhere.

  6. This is awesome! Did you do anything to the canvas first? Like prime it or anything?

    1. I did not prime the canvas first. Just went right ahead with the paint! Try it, it's so easy and really fun.

    God bless you sir, I will not stop telling the world about your kindness in my life, I am a single mum with kids to look after. My name is Emily Peterson and I am from Convention Centre Drive, Miami Beach, FL . A couple of weeks ago My friend visited me and along with our discussion she told me about MR LORENZO DIEGO LOAN FIRM FINANCE, that they can help me out of my financial situation, I never believed cause I have spend so much money on different loan lenders who did nothing other than running away with my money. I have been in a financial mess for the pass 7 months now, She advised I give it a try so I mailed him and explain all about my financial situation to him, he therefore took me through the loan process and gave me a loan of $390,000.00 at a very low interest rate of 2% and today I am a proud business owner and can now take good care of my kids, If you must contact any firm to get any amount of loan you need with a low interest rate of 2% and better repayment schedule, please contact MR LORENZO DIEGO LOAN FIRM FINANCE email:- {mrlorenzodiegoloanfirm@outlook..com}
